  • Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?

    Yes.

  • Do you have moving carts available?

    Yes, for our climate controlled units. Our regular storage units are drive-up.

  • What is a drive-up unit?

    A drive-up unit is an outside unit, located on the first floor of the facility that gives you the ability to load your belongings directly from a vehicle or truck.

  • What is temperature control?

    Our climate controlled units are kept at 65 in the winter and 75 in the summer. Humidity is set at 60%.

  • Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?

    No, you do provide your own lock. We have a full line of combination and key locks at our office.

  • What’s the difference between office hours and gate hours?

    You can access your storage units 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Our office on Route 100 is open from 9 to 12 Monday thru Friday and by appointment. We have a live 24-hour answering service.

  • How far in advance can I book a reservation?

    Please call or drop by the office and speak with a manager. We will do the best we can to accommodate you.

  • What kind of security do you have?

    Both of our locations have 24-hour video surveillance. Someone also lives on site at both locations.

  • How long do I have to sign up for?

    We offer month-to-month leases. You can also inquire about our pre-pay plans as they offer savings for long-term customers.

  • How much notice must be given when I move out?

    Unlike many facilities we do not require prior notification when you move out. However it is your obligation to tell us when you move out. In most cases you can be prorated. Please contact a manager for details.

  • When can I access my unit?

    You can access your unit 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This includes holidays.

  • Do you offer a mover?

    We do not offer a mover. We would be happy to recommend someone. Please contact a manager for more details.

  • Can I purchase boxes and packing supplies at your facilities?

    Yes. We offer a full line of boxes and packing supplies.

  • How can I make a payment?

    Payments can be made at the location, over the internet, by mail, or automatically charged to your credit card. We encourage flexibility. Please contact a manager for details.

  • What sizes do you have and how much do they cost?

    Sizes vary by location. Please visit our facility location pages to view units available.

  • How do I calculate how much storage space to rent?

    Our website offers tools for estimating storage space requirements. Please visit the Space Estimator or the Size Guide page.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    Cash, check, Discover, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

  • How much does it cost to move in?

    We require one month payment and a $50 security deposit. We do not require you to pay the last month’s rent in advance.
